Licensing Specialist

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The team assists the customers by resolving issues with licensing, licensing tools etc. You may also need to provide training, portal demo and strategic guidance to Cisco customers and partners, with the goal of enabling their self-sufficiency with licensing management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Support: You will mainly be responsible for helping the customers in navigating the Cisco licensing ecosystem, by resolving any technical issues and guiding them through proper usage of Cisco’s tools and platforms.

• Smart Account Optimization: Facilitate Smart Account adoption, helping customers understand and leverage licensing capabilities to maximize ROI.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure seamless licensing engagements.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Has strong understanding of Cisco Licensing tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for demos and training.

• Ability to translate customer requirements into structured project plans.

• Develop onboarding and adoption plans aligned with customer needs.

• Your goal is to ensure a seamless licensing experience for customers.

• Proactive in taking on new challenges and continuous learning.

• Accountable for outcomes and driving customer success stories.

• Self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Collaborative team player who fosters cross-functional engagement.

• Responsive and reliable in stakeholder communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Familiarity with basic HTML coding

• Strong working knowledge of WebEx webinars, Power Automate, PowerApps, and MS SharePoint

• Experience conducting training and enablement sessions for customers

• Exposure to Cisco Licensing

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and slide creation
