After Hours Incident Management

For our partner developing a long-term collaboration with Cisco, we are looking for Independent
Contractors to join the After Hours Incident Management team.
Location: Kraków, Poland
Your role:
• Provide operational support for Cisco’s premium customers during IT incidents
• Communicate with customers and multiple internal Cisco`s Teams
• Coordinate actions and ensure the fastest possible incident resolution
• Document all activities in dedicated operational systems
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• Communicates confidently in a business environment
• Performs well under time pressure
• Has experience in Incident Management / IT Operations
• Has ITIL knowledge (Incident Management focus preferred)
• Holds an ITIL Foundation certification (it will be considered as additional asset)
Availability requirements:
• Shift-based work, including day and night shifts
• Availability on weekends and public holidays
• High availability is essential due to after-hours support
