Requirements

Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success

Presales

  • Acting as a client advocate in the talks with potential clients.

  • Leading discovery meetings with clients.

  • Leading the process of solution design for the offered projects.

  • Analyzing the documentation provided by the client.

Workshops

  • Product discovery and design workshops.

  • Preparing the post-workshop artifacts (reports, project documentation, backlog).

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders.

Development Projects

  • Acting as a proxy Product Owner in the projects.

  • Requirements management and refinement.

  • Business and system analysis of the projects.

  • Conducting user trainings.

  • Documenting the knowledge about project.

Business development support

  • Speaking at conferences.

  • Participating in our content program.

  • Keeping internal knowledge bases up to date.

  • Researching the business and technical topics that align with Espeo strategy.

  • Expertise ownership over selected areas.


Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Experience in consulting/presales work in the tech industry.

  • Solid track record of leading clients through the entire discovery phase.

  • Ability to conduct workshops with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in business and system analysis.

  • English C1.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in public speaking.

  • German C1.

  • Product go-to-market experience.

  • GenAI.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  1. Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session (up to 2 minutes) in English (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English proficiency and self-presentation skills).

  2. Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.

  3. HR Screening: This stage will take about 30 minutes. A member of the recruiting team will explain to you the structure of our company and the specifics of this position. In addition, you can ask as many questions as you want to make sure we are the perfect place to work for you.

  4. Meeting with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes): This phase will take about 60 minutes. Our Hiring Manager would like to share with you the challenges of taking on this role and talk about your experience.

  5. We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.

  6. Case study/task to assess your analytical and drawing skills necessary for this position.

  7. Meeting in our office and presentation of the task.
