Scope of responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on reliability, transparency, and value.

  • Understanding clients' business goals and challenges to proactively offer solutions and improvements.

  • Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Positioning Espeo as a strategic partner by consistently delivering high-quality services and demonstrating industry expertise.

  • Supporting new business sales processes.

Line Management

  • Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.

  • Aligning team members’ career development with project opportunities to foster professional growth.

  • Facilitating continuous learning by providing relevant project experiences and skill-building opportunities.

  • Setting, reviewing, and managing individual performance goals and compensation to ensure fairness, motivation, and retention.

Delivery Management

  • Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.

  • Managing project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Ensuring project revenue and margin targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Managing changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader,

  • Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,

  • Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team,

  • Experience in the professional services industry,

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,

  • Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),

  • Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the financial industry,

  • Experience in blockchain projects,

  • Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  1. Video task - we will ask you to complete a quick task. You will need to answer our questions in the form of a video recording. Completing this task should take no more than 15 minutes.

  2. HR Screening with a member of the Operations (HR) team. During this meeting, you will learn more about the organizational structure, role requirements and culture at Espeo. We would like to understand your motivation and learn more about your experiences and aspirations.

  3. Interview with Delivery Director, Tomasz Liberski – key stage where you will meet your potential supervisor and learn about the challenges faced by the Delivery department.

  4. We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.

  5. This is the final step! Interview with CEO, Przemysław Koper.
