Senior Frontend Developer

Ergonode is a major player in the global Product Information Management (PIM) solutions market. We are a young and dynamic company headquartered in Kraków, currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing product team.

We are seeking a communicative and proactive individual who can bring both extensive experience from previous projects and a lot of positive energy to our team. As a small, close-knit team, we highly value people who enjoy having a direct impact on what they build and who contribute not just on the technical level, but also by adding value to business discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as JavaScript or Front-End Developer
• Understanding and experience with development of microservices architecture
• Advanced understanding of JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
• Experience of web application performance best practices
• Experience in work with or contribute to a JavaScript based build system (e.g. Webpack)
• Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js and Node.js
• Having experience with other Front-End technologies is nice to have but not necessary
• Interest in testing, review and code quality
• Good knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Web Components
• We are looking for someone who will be able to come to our office one times a month

Responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining software features based on designed visual mockups and UX
2. Strong collaboration with Chief Design/Product Officer and Lead Front-End Developer
3. Writing tests
4. Delivering high-quality code, which is both functional and performant
5. good understanding of best practices and design patterns in software development
6. Code reviewing
7. Contributing to the whole product team with new ideas that can increase business value of the software
