(ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. How you will get the job done

• managing heterogeneous Citrix farms 

• performing releases/software updates for Virtual Desktops 

• maintaining software and operating the workplace infrastructure components 

• solving 2nd and 3rd-level incident tickets and problems together with the vendors 

• further developing the used technologies to the current state-of-the-art 

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English 

• experience in large enterprise environments 

• deep knowledge of Citrix VAD infrastructure (PVS, Storefront, etc.) and Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2022 

• sufficient PowerShell skills for automations 

• extended experience with ITSM processes and the basics of project management 

• collaborating with different teams and providers, and a multicultural working background 

• analytical skills and a proactive approach to improve products and services  

• being a team player and willing to share the knowledge with colleagues
