    About the role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Administrator in area of Windows who would like to work in a bigger project team consisting of professionals from Germany (Munich) and Poland and is ready to join our Global Reserving Platform team as product team member.


    How you will get the job done

    • analysing service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability
    • supporting the investigation and resolution of issues relating to local IT Operations
    • developing solutions to known incident scenarios and ensuring that incidents are handled correctly
    • coordinating recovery of interrupted IT services within 2nd and 3rd level support
    • ensuring fast and automated evaluation of defined services and service components
    • monitoring critical workflows by using alerting and readiness.
    • monitoring and if needed adjusting jobs and job networks acc. standards
    • continuously extending and refining existing monitoring processes based on Azure Monitor
    • executing job planning, including deletion of lacks and restart of cancelled jobs
    • configuring new machines, applications installation and configuration


    Skills and experience you will need

    • very good level of written and spoken English (B2/C1)
    • computer science or math graduate or equivalent practitioner with excellent IT skills
    • 3+ years of experience in similar position
    • knowledge and experience in ITSM including CMDB tools for example ServiceNow
    • knowledge of vulnerability monitoring and remediation
    • knowledge of Windows administrating including PowerShell scripting
    • knowledge of configuring and maintaining IIS servers including Certificates management
    • knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Monitor
    • ability to learn new technologies and methodologies
    • willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements
    • strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment in hybrid teams
    • proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
