How you will get the job done

• developing the Microsoft Windows 10/11 client platform according to new requirements and technological progress in an enterprise environment
• maintaining and further developing tools developed in-house and written in Microsoft C# and WPF to support the end user
• supporting projects by analyzing requirements and performing tasks for the projects
• coordinating and solving level 2 and 3 incidents together with providers, German-speaking customers and vendors (incident/problem)
• providing information on current developments and a market overview of the services and technologies used for Workplace Development

Skills and experience you will need

• good communication skills in written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2/C1)
• experience with Microsoft Windows client operating system Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) in physical and virtual environments
• very good knowledge of software development, especially Microsoft C# and WPF
• good knowledge and experience in working with VisualStudio (Microsoft software development environment)
• very good understanding of PowerShell scripts for the configuration of client systems and automation for administration and deployment
• knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Knowledge of GroupPolicies are welcome
• ability to work independently and remotely in an international team (coordination, reliability and communication)
• being a team player and willing to share the knowhow with the team
