ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• developing cutting-edge apps using the latest technologies like Swift 5.9, SwiftUI, async/await, SceneKit and SPM
• designing and delivering testable solutions using MVVM and Clean Architecture
• collaborating and supporting B2B and B2C projects
• translating intricate designs and requirements into robust code
• optimizing our development pipeline from code check-in to testing
• integrating and improving existing solutions
• understanding and applying complex technical documentation
• troubleshooting and correcting bugs and performance issues
• ensuring all apps are compatible and optimized for iOS 16 (and later versions)
• having a tangible impact on new features and innovations

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent English and Polish
• great communication skills
• deep expertise in iOS SDK, Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• proficiency in writing unit tests, preferably with XCTest
• experience with RESTful APIs and backend service integration
• a strong grasp of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• experience in handling background tasks, location services, offline storage, threading, and performance optimization
• skills in code versioning tools
• familiarity with continuous integration environments, including Xcode Cloud
