How you will get the job done

• migrating data and automated interfaces to a new SAP FI General Ledger solution
• analysing the current status of the existing interfaces, requirements analysis including management of the business stakeholders, the business concept for the new data exchange solution, including creation of the business and target architecture and intensive involvement in the finalisation of software selection
• taking on the role of a business product owner, which includes backlog management, continuous specification of business requirements, configure/customize business rules, stakeholder management, testing from business point of view
• provide support for the development of the new Data Exchange and Preparation Layer and the transfer/connection of the existing, automated interfaces to the new SAP FI general ledger
• setting up the business operating processes and helping to set up the target operating model

Skills and experience you will need

• English language skills at min. C1 level
• university degree, ideally in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience of SAP interface management and data exchange platforms in the accounting environment
• profound professional experience and knowledge in requirements analysis, conception and realisation of SAP Data Exchanges, Interface Management and SAP FI S/4 HANA implementations in the accounting environment of an internationally oriented insurance group
• experience in managing the entire implementation of automated SAP FI interfaces, data exchange with SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere and SAP BTP Business Rules Service / other SAP business rules engines
• knowledge of general ledger accounting processes with a focus on automated subledger and general ledger interactions
• the ability to analyse and present complex data processes, assertiveness, openness to feedback and skill in communicating with colleagues at all levels of the company are essential components of your personality
• very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI)
