How you will get the job done

• coordinating, together with the program team, the product life cycle for technologies within a Data and Analytics Platform, i.e., design, implementation, IT security sign-off, release management, deployment, etc.
• deploying automation of Azure PaaS/SaaS services in the context of this Data and Analytics Platform
• automating and (re-)establishing configuration validation to fulfil IT security requirements and ensure platform stability
• root-cause analysing complex issues including bug fixing
• writing and executing tests
• accompanying Go-Live and migration scenarios
• actively participating in Scrum meetings to discuss and define backlog items that are required to fulfil defined business, architectural, or administrative features in the backlog, based on the technical solutions needed
• developing robust, high-quality code to improve automation and efficiency
• documenting processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer to Operations and other project teams or technical stakeholders
• participating in regular project-specific meetings and leveraging relevant company standards and rules

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in Business English
• excellent skills in development for automation, using Azure DevOps (Build Pipelines & Release Pipelines) and PowerShell
• strong Azure technology skillset across multiple Azure services
• demonstrated expertise in Azure network, security, and architecture
• knowledge of programming languages: Python and PowerShell
• high level of commitment and flexibility in terms of the area of assignment in the section, and a willingness to master a wide range of sometimes complex tasks
• analytical mindset and problem-solving motivation

Nice to have

• proficiency in development for automation using ARM Templates and Terraform
• knowledge of PowerBI automation
• experience with Azure Data Analytics Service, e.g., Databricks or Azure Data Factory
