Technical Salesforce Architect with German

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong technical expertise in Salesforce.

The project entails working on Salesforce solutions for engagements within the Retail, Wholesale & Distribution domain, with an emphasis on rearchitecting platforms and supporting existing solutions for various Post and Parcel-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers, architects, testers, and business analysts in the Salesforce projects for client engagements
2. Customize Salesforce objects and promote solution designs to clients
3. Work closely with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
4. Oversee technological risks and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
5. Conduct regular meetings with client managers and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
6. Realize designated technical implementation processes and lead the technical vision to success
7. Have a product mindset and collaborate with the team to scale up the engagement throughout the year

Requirements

1. Proficient in Salesforce architecture and solution design
2. Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
3. Knowledge of the German language would be an added advantage
4. Experience in managing platform limitations and data integration complexities
5. Client-centric mindset with stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Passion for challenges and a can-do attitude
