Senior Software Engineer (C++ with Python)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in writing kernels in C++ and implementing various operations used for AI/ML for our client, who builds computers for AI. They bring together experts in the field of computer architecture, ASIC design, advanced systems, and neural network compilers to build the next generation of computing.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, Poznan or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards

• Design and implement APIs for integration with higher-level software components

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge

• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in C/C++ as a primary skill, with Python as a secondary skill, backed by 3+ years of hands-on experience

• Familiarity with AI and deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch), and a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals

• Strong understanding of compilers, data structures, algorithms, and runtime systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures

• Proven track record in programming and debugging massively parallel systems

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering disciplines

• Passion for pushing the boundaries of AI and high-performance computing

• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

• Deep understanding of GPU programming, parallel computing, and hardware acceleration
