Senior Salesforce Developer (FSL)

We are looking for a Senior-Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enhance our business operations. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving business outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and tools

• Develop solutions using key Salesforce programming languages like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

• Configure FSL data models (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, Skills) to implement business processes

• Set up FSL configurations such as routing, scheduling, and service policies tailored to business needs

• Leverage Salesforce Service Cloud features for customer service and support operations

• Build workflow automation using flows with a strong understanding of processes

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies for Salesforce projects

• Ensure security standards are followed by applying expertise in Salesforce Security Model

• Oversee data migration processes and handle SaaS data models, design, and synchronization with web services

• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems, maintaining compliance with enterprise architecture standards

• Use Streaming API to support real-time data updates and integrations

• Manage heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation

• Expertise in Salesforce core programming (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)

• Background in FSL setup, including data models and configuration for scheduling and territory management

• Strong understanding of workflow automation, flows, and Salesforce process capabilities

• Proficiency in Service Cloud and relevant CRM functionalities for sales and service integrations

• Experience in integration technologies, Rest APIs, and security protocols such as Single Sign-On

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices combined with data migration and deployment experience

• Familiarity with SaaS data models, streaming APIs, and web service design principles

• Capable of managing multiple high-priority projects while maintaining accuracy

• Understanding of advanced FSL features, including optimization of scheduling and routing

• Showcase of custom solutions built for enterprise-level Salesforce environments

• Familiarity with additional tools used in Salesforce integrations
