Senior Python Full Stack Engineer in Gen AI

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Engineer with experience in Gen AI to join a project for our Client, a global consumer goods company, producer of health, hygiene and nutrition products.

It's a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

1. Work with Generative AI backend in Python with emphasis on prompt engineering and orchestration
2. Debug and refine prompts for LLMs
3. Handle large codebases and follow software development best practices, including writing unit tests, implementing linting tools, and managing pre-commit workflows
4. Employ low-code solutions (e.g., Retool) to develop, scale, and maintain web applications that utilize LLMs
5. Contribute to frontend development using HTML+CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue
6. Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

1. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Git
2. Background in Python backend development for Generative AI systems, particularly related to prompt engineering and orchestration
3. Skills in prompt engineering techniques with the ability to debug, maintain, and develop prompts for LLMs
4. Expertise in navigating large codebases and implementing software development best practices such as unit testing, linting, and pre-commit workflow management
5. Understanding of infrastructure management and deployment processes, particularly in Azure Cloud environments and Azure DevOps pipelines
6. Flexibility to use low-code platforms (e.g., Retool) for building, scaling, and maintaining web applications leveraging LLMs
7. Proficiency in HTML+CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, and other front-end frameworks
8. Capability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
