Senior Go Developer with GCP

We are seeking a Senior Go Developer with GCP expertise to join our team and collaborate directly on an open-source Kubernetes-native operator project for batch workloads.

You will contribute as both an open-source contributor and a Site Reliability Engineer to improve performance and functionality. Join us to make an impact in cloud-native technologies and open-source communities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client requirements

• Design solutions and present them professionally to clients

• Implement features and contribute to open-source projects

• Communicate effectively using Kubernetes SIG channels and internal teams

• Write clear and professional documentation for features, contributions, and processes

• Think creatively and provide innovative solutions

• Act as proactive and well-organized engineer

Requirements

• Proficient Go programming skills with 3+ years of experience

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform

• Strong Kubernetes expertise

• Solid understanding of Cloud and Container architectures

• Experience with Linux systems engineering

• Experience working on client-facing projects

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to collaborate in open-source communities

• English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python programming

• Experience with Machine Learning engineering
