Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java+React) | Wrocław

EPAM is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java+React) to join our dynamic team in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing digital products and technology services for a leading client in the financial services domain. You will be working on platforms and solutions supporting order and trade management, collaborating with a global team across the US, Poland, and India.

This role offers a full office model, with 5 days per week working from the client's office in Wrocław, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for our clients and employees

• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment

• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs

• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contribute to hiring, and actively participate in our engineering culture and internal communities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, ReactJS, REST APIs, and microservices

• Hands-on experience with application frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native services (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Familiarity with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signatures, SSL, JWT, web service proxies, firewalls, and multi-protocol gateways

• Good UNIX/Linux experience and scripting skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with Python

• Exposure to financial services or order/trade management platforms

• Previous internship or project experience in cloud or backend development
