Senior DevOps Engineer with Pulumi

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi/C# to join our dynamic team.

This role involves working closely with product teams, providing support and solutions to build and release products faster with a focus on cost-effective methods. The position demands a marriage of strong technical skills and forward-thinking to adapt as our products evolve from on-premise platforms to hosted/SaaS offerings utilizing Azure.

Responsibilities

1. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines tailored for product teams emphasizing high cadence and cost-efficiency
2. Transition support as the product evolves from on-premise to hosted/SaaS offerings on Azure
3. Collaborate with the team to establish infrastructure requirements
4. Resolve infrastructure-related issues leveraging skills in Pulumi
5. Implement and manage infrastructure as code with Pulumi
6. Distribute knowledge across teams to foster a collaborative environment
7. Develop and manage dashboards and monitors for better visibility and control

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar
2. Proficiency in administering CI systems and crafting build configurations and pipelines using Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), TeamCity, NuGet, MSBuild
3. Competency in administering version control systems such as Git (Azure DevOps) or SVN
4. Background in Microsoft .NET development environment and Visual Studio
5. Strong skills in scripting with PowerShell
6. Knowledge of cloud technologies including Azure in networking, storage, integration, compute, and analytics
7. Understanding of Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms like Docker, Kubernetes
8. Autonomy, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high quality work
9. Flexibility to learn quickly and innovate within the field
10. Ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions
11. Effective collaboration capabilities with teams
12. Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

Nice to have

1. Experience transitioning products to integrated SaaS solutions
2. Proficiency in monitoring tools and dashboard creation
