Senior Data DevOps/MLOps Engineer

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Senior Data DevOps/MLOps Engineer to join our team in Poland, preferably based in Poznan or Wroclaw.

The ideal candidate is a Polish speaker who can occasionally collaborate on-site with our Poznan team and contribute to enhancing our infrastructure and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated pipelines using Jenkins and Databricks for continuous integration checks, Python package releases, and ML model training and evaluation

• Manage cloud resources (AWS) for internal demos and proof of concepts

• Align infrastructure and development practices with company standards

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance MLOps processes

• Contribute to the planning and optimization of AI and ML strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data DevOps or MLOps role

• Proficiency in automated pipeline development with Jenkins or Databricks

• Competency in cloud resource management and deployment on AWS

• Expertise in MLOps and modern AI/ML strategies

• Familiarity with ML architecture and aligning infrastructure with corporate policies

• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services resources for scalability and performance

• Understanding of advanced ML architecture principles
