Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps professional to join the AI Framework project, focused on integrating advanced AI models into capital markets pipelines to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The role involves working within specialized squads to drive AI deployment, CI/CD processes and collaboration across a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Run the integration of AI models into existing capital markets pipelines, ensuring compatibility and performance

• Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD processes for seamless AI deployments

• Collaborate with a large team of 10 to 15 members, leveraging diverse expertise to drive project momentum

• Conduct regular meetings with client managers and the development team to align project goals and expectations

• Analyze technical research findings and propose optimized solutions to enhance AI model performance

• Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving within the team, encouraging a can-do attitude

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI deployments, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, with a strong understanding of its services and tools for AI integration

• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage CI/CD processes for AI model deployments

• Gitlab CI knowledge/experience on a good level

• Background in capital markets, with a focus on data analysis and optimization strategies

• Strong analytical skills for conducting technical research and synthesizing findings into actionable solutions

• Adaptability and quick learning, with a proactive approach to embracing new technologies and methodologies

• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
