SAP FICO Consultant (E-Invoicing)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant specializing in E-Invoicing to join our Financial Production crew and support the Treasury & Payments squad in delivering a key e-Invoicing/e-Reporting regulatory project.

As a vital part of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integration of the new French Invoicing Public Portal with our accounting systems and designing compliant solutions to meet upcoming reforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives

• Design process flows and architecture diagrams and contribute to interface contract documentation

• Prepare and oversee testing phases, including unitary, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios

• Develop dashboards to monitor production exchanges during the execution phase

• Address and resolve project-related issues in coordination with the broader project team

• Assist in creating comprehensive documentation for training and future business support processes

• Support business requests and resolve issues arising during the project execution

• Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize outcomes and compliance

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of invoicing processes for both customers and vendors

• Familiarity with e-Invoicing principles, including use cases, actors, and data formats, especially for French regulations

• Experience in integrating e-Invoicing solutions within ERP SAP within EU

• Business-driven mindset with the capability to comprehend functional contexts efficiently

• Competency in agile project management and other relevant methodologies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement in IT environments

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+ level)
