SAP BI Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of BI, planning, and reporting applications within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence best practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP BI solutions using AfO, BPC, and SAC
• Configure, implement, and optimize SAP BPC for planning and consolidation processes
• Develop and enhance SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, reports, and stories
• Support and enhance SAP Analysis for Office reports, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP BI solutions with other SAP modules
• Provide user training and support, ensuring effective adoption of BI tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPC planning models, SAC analytics, and AfO reports
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and best practices in BI reporting and analytics
• Maintain and update documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and team collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP BI Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP BPC (Standard & Embedded), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation within SAP BPC
• Hands-on experience in SAC data modeling, dashboard creation, and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of BW/4HANA, S/4HANA integration, and data connectivity
• Understanding of financial and operational reporting requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes
• Experience in user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• SAP BPC or SAC certification
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and HANA modeling
• Knowledge of scripting and automation in SAC or BPC
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices
