Lead RPA Developer with Blue Prism expertise

We are seeking a talented Lead RPA Developer with Blue Prism expertise to join our team. Become a part of EPAM and contribute to developing and supporting robust RPA solutions for enterprise automation. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Blue Prism live environment, including executing and monitoring processes and maintaining bot servers

• Perform process changes within your control or coordinate with IT system management

• Provide support for live production processes, including exception management and troubleshooting

• Review developments and process flows to ensure operational efficiency and scalability

• Monitor and optimize the capacity of the Robotics environment, requesting infrastructure adjustments when needed

• Create regular customer or management reports on process performance as requested

• Manage audits, including documentation and evidence collection

• Lead and coordinate 3-4 RPA developers, providing technical guidance and oversight

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an RPA developer specializing in Blue Prism

• 1+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers

• Blue Prism certification

• Proficiency in robotic process automation using Blue Prism, project management, and programming/application development

• Capability to handle security/compliance governance and build/deploy RPA bots in Blue Prism

• Expertise in Blue Prism control room administration, infrastructure administration (including virtual machines), and system management

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
