Lead Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland – whether from home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop a next-generation AI-powered financial platform using Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks)
2. Build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
3. Deliver high-quality implementations by gathering requirements, designing systems, and addressing edge cases
4. Work autonomously with minimal formalities to drive tasks from concept to completion
5. Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a startup-like, fast-paced environment
6. Maintain a strong focus on quality, reliability, and scalability throughout the development process

Requirements

1. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python
2. Proficiency with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks)
3. Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure and deployment
4. High autonomy and self-motivation: Ability to work with minimal direction, gather detailed requirements, consider edge cases, and deliver full system designs and implementations
5. Willingness to thrive in a startup-like environment with flexibility to adapt to evolving tools, languages, and technologies
6. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability in all deliverables
7. Good fluency in both written and spoken English

Nice to have

1. Frontend development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js, or Node.js
