Lead Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Lead Power BI Developer to join our Data Practice and contribute to delivering cutting-edge data solutions across various domains, including Financial, Healthcare, and Insurance.

This role provides an opportunity to work on diverse projects with innovative technologies, enabling you to grow and develop your expertise in data analytics and visualization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations aligned with business needs

• Implement Power BI tool best practices and analytical UX standards

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, conduct UAT, and deliver demos

• Build actionable data insights based on technical and business requirements

• Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data models and reporting solutions

• Create comprehensive user documentation and transfer knowledge to end users

• Identify opportunities for data improvement and optimization

• Ensure all deliverables align with organizational data governance and security policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization

• Background in developing working prototypes and delivering insights using Power BI

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, demonstrating strong technical proficiency

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Skills in analyzing complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights

• Competency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements effectively
