We are looking for an experienced Lead Flutter Developer to join our team and take on a technical leadership role.

You will be responsible for coordinating and mentoring the mobile development team, maintaining our current app portfolio, and driving the transition to a new architecture. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of project goals

• Maintain and develop our existing app portfolio, and contribute to the migration towards a new architecture

• Improve team processes: participate in planning, grooming, technical discussions, and estimations

• Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team members through coaching and mentoring

• Make architectural decisions and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements

• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and encourage new ideas across the team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS)

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices

• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and strong knowledge of Dart (including async programming: Streams, RxDart)

• At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play)

• Good grasp of OOP and SOLID principles

• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and helping others achieve the same

• Experience leading a development team or holding a senior position with team responsibilities

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
