This is a 9-week, paid professional program designed to transition high-performing students into full-time Front-end developers at EPAM. The hybrid format allows you to work on cutting-edge projects, learn from industry experts and build a strong foundation in Front-end and AI-driven solutions.

1. Program dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026

2. Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

3. Format: Paid, hybrid (3 days in the Krakow office, 2 days remote)

How does this internship prepare you for success?

What will you learn?

During this internship, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team of EPAM experts on a real-world AI-powered project. This experience will enhance your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. As part of the team, you’ll engage in various development activities, including:

1. Collaborating in a Scrum team environment.

2. Building and designing a Web application from scratch.

3. Understanding the code review process.

4. Engaging in various learning activities to expand and deepen your knowledge.

What is required for training:

We’re looking for students or recent graduates from Krakow and nearby locations with

1. English proficiency – At least B2 level to communicate effectively in a professional setting.

2. HTML Proficiency – Solid understanding of document structure, semantic tags, and content formatting.

3. Good CSS Knowledge – Familiarity with the box model, layouts and common styling techniques.

4. Solid JavaScript Skills – Understanding of data types, control flow, DOM manipulation, objects and asynchronous programming.

5. General understanding of Git Fundamentals – Experience with version control basics.

6. Familiarity with Angular - Basic knowledge of Angular.

7. Experience with Node.js - Good knowledge of Node.js.

Bonus points if you also have:

1. Experience with responsive CSS layouts, CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).

2. Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).

3. Experience in software development (any language).

4. Solid TypeScript Knowledge.
