We are looking for a seasoned Cloud Managed Services Leader to oversee and coordinate complex, enterprise-scale cloud operations across distributed 24/7 teams. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, governance, and seamless delivery across multiple cloud service domains, while driving continuous improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
The successful candidate will act as the central coordination point for all managed services activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership and coordination for Cloud Managed Services engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and managing internal and external communications
- Build and maintain a unified operational view across all managed service streams, including CI/CD, PaaS, ELK, Kafka, Networking, and AI Ops
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting practices across distributed 24/7 teams
- Drive cross-team collaboration, eliminate silos between TPMs, and promote knowledge sharing and automation initiatives (including AI-driven improvements)
- Oversee cloud operations across platforms such as GCP and AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Manage SLAs, infrastructure alerts, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities with a proactive risk mitigation approach
- Act as an escalation point and liaison with cloud vendors (e.g., Google), managing case resolution and service improvements
- Deliver executive-level reporting and represent the team in governance and customer-facing reviews
- Coordinate scope planning, sprint prioritization, and timely delivery of platform enhancements and fixes
- Ensure operational transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
- Lead people management activities, including performance management, upskilling, shift planning, recognition, and escalation handling
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Support, or Managed Services leadership roles
- Strong experience in managing distributed, 24/7 operational teams (ideally across multiple time zones, including US coverage)
- Deep technical understanding of cloud environments, particularly GCP and AWS
- Experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, Redis, RabbitMQ, Vault, and similar cloud-native technologies
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery across multiple domains (CI/CD, PaaS, ELK, Kafka, Networking, AI Ops)
- Strong background in defining governance models, operational standards, and service reporting frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations, security, performance, and reliability
- Experience in leading cross-functional coordination and resolving operational blockers
- Solid people management experience, including team development and escalation handling
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)

- Experience with AI Ops or AI-driven automation initiatives in cloud operations
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise or global managed services environments
- Experience working in highly regulated or high-availability production environments
- Background in driving DevOps or SRE transformation initiatives
- Vendor management experience with hyperscalers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS)
- Experience implementing or scaling automation frameworks across cloud operations teams
