Training process

The program will last ~2.5-3 months and require ~20-30 hours of weekly engagement, such as:

• Exploration of self-study materials (lectures and text resources), accessible at any time

• Completion of practical tasks and theory quizzes with instant feedback

• Participation in weekly Q&A sessions led by EPAM experts

• By the end, you'll acquire job-ready soft and technical skills that will equip you to thrive as a systems engineer at EPAM or elsewhere in the IT industry.

What is required for training:

• English level from B1+ and higher

• Profound knowledge of Git

• Good understanding of Hypervisor and Networking

• Solid knowledge of Linux OS

• Proficiency in the Docker platform

• Experience in scripting using Bash and Python

Nice to have:

• Understanding of algorithms and OOP

How to get started?

• Register on this page till April 15. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.

• Take the English test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 3 days after registration and reach at least the B1+ level result to proceed.

• Pass the technical assessment till April 19. You will receive the exam link via the post-registration email and can complete it at your own pace over several days.

• Pass a general interview. Our specialist will contact you once you have completed the previous step successfully.

• Have an online technical interview. You will communicate one-on-one with DevOps engineers of the Middle+ level and showcase your knowledge.

• Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results via email one week before the start of learning.

• This training is for citizens of Poland and specialists relocated to this country for permanent stay. 

• Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for registration.

• The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email. 

• Active participants of trainings available on the campus.epam.com platform and EPAM Systems Company Employees are not allowed to register for the training. Please, contact your manager regarding the positions available.

• Considering the limited number of program slots, the application order and assessment results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
