Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to contribute to the success of our projects by providing valuable insights and analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and assess their impact on processes
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks aligned with project objectives
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and/or BPM (Business Process Management) tools
• Develop business process documents including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and SDD (System Design Document)
• Create and maintain diagrams and wireframes to support clear understanding and documentation of business requirements
• Assist in supporting the execution of technology solutions in coordination with team leads and project managers
• Continuously learn and improve skills in IA technologies

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment
• Proficient in English (B2+), with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and techniques

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding of Intelligence Automation tools and platforms
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its application in business solutions
• Experience with AI-driven platforms or technologies
• Prior involvement in projects using machine learning, natural language processing, or robotic process automation (RPA)
• Any recognized business analysis certifications
• Business or computer science education background
