We are seeking a skilled Public Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
MD rate: 15000 – 18 300 EUR
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Automate deployment pipelines and cloud operations using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Implement cloud-native architectures leveraging containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments, including networking, storage, and compute.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud services with applications.
- Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and tools.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Engineer.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques and tools.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
