In this case, we're looking for a talented Product Owner/Business Analyst who excels at gathering and documenting requirements while managing complex product roadmaps, ideally having technical experience allowing for understanding the "dev talk" and technical agreements with our client.

You will bring structure to our client engagements, defining work scopes for multiple product versions, acting as a scope gatekeeper and managing change requests effectively.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst with a strong focus on requirements gathering, documentation and managing product roadmaps
• Proven experience in working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and roadmaps
• Expertise in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and development teams
• Technical background (programming) or at least knowledge allowing for understanding the meanders of a highly complex software product
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with challenging clients and complex, multi-faceted platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client expectations and product scope
• Technical understanding of digital products and the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project
• Comfort using English (at least B2 level) for daily communication - we work mainly with US-based clients

What's nice to have:

• Work history with software development teams and understanding of software engineering concepts
