Now we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for analyzing business processes and co-developing solutions tailored to our company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• participating in workshops, writing User Stories and diagrams for new and existing business processes;

• improving existing processes and identifying areas for optimization;

• collaborating with various departments within the company to understand their needs, support the implementation and improvement of processes;

• creating documentation for the functionalities being implemented in our applications;

• working closely with the IT department during the implementation, identification and enhancement of processes.

Requirements:

• ability to map and visualize processes;

• experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• proficiency in English at a minimum B2+/C1 level. We are an international company and English is required for daily work;

• knowledge of UML and BPMN;

• critical thinking, problem-solving skills and proactivity.

Nice to have:

• experience in ecommerce projects;

• familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
