Your role


As People Analytics Specialist, you will be at the heart of shaping how Embla Medical uses data to drive smarter decisions.

In this role, you’ll create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards in Workday, dive into HR data to uncover trends and actionable insights, and ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support decision-making across the company.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing timely support for HCM requests through our JIRA Workday system, while contributing to a growing People Analytics function.


This hybrid role, based in Szczecin, Poland, offers the chance to work with a small, international, and highly motivated People Technology Team, making a real impact by helping Managers, Employees, and the People Function save time and work smarter.



Your accountabilities:


  • Help shape the future of People Analytics at Embla Medical

  • Create impactful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, working closely with stakeholders to correct and maintain HR data

  • Analyze data to uncover insights that inform key business decisions

  • Build dashboards primarily in Workday, but also leveraging other platforms as needed

  • Respond to general HCM support tickets (L1–L2) via the JIRA Workday support site



What do you need to succeed?


You have a passion for data and are excited to help shape the future of People Analytics at Embla Medical.

You have experience with Workday report writing and EIBs and are comfortable with data analysis.

You are also able to work well with stakeholders and can effectively communicate complex data insights.


  • Hands-on experience writing reports in Workday and working with EIBs

  • A strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for turning data into actionable insights

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

  • Highly data-savvy with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability

  • Proficiency in business English, which we use every day
