Workstation Service Owner

Summary: This role focuses on the lifecycle management of workstation services within the Unified Endpoint Management Team at Syensqo, ensuring efficient, secure, and sustainable service delivery to enhance user experience and meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UEM specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Service Management: Manage the planning, deployment, maintenance, and support of workstation services.

• Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation within workstation services, aligning with sustainability goals.

• Collaboration: Work with IT and security teams to ensure smooth integration of services.

• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.

• User Experience: Improve user satisfaction by understanding and addressing user needs.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain a culture of responsibility.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and report on service performance and improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience managing workstation services or similar roles.

• Strong leadership skills with team development experience.

• Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in diverse environments.

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.

• Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.

• Skills in influencing and building relationships.

• Ability to convey technology solutions in business terms.
