Windows Application Integrator

We are seeking experienced consultants for a critical migration project involving laboratory PCs across 36 global locations, to assist in the migration of approximately 400 laboratory laptops managing around 500 applications.

The consultants will focus on installing and configuring laboratory applications on Windows 11 PCs.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize the migration plan with end users and on-site support teams.

• Test and verify application compatibility with Windows 11.

• Install and configure applications on Windows 11 PCs while preparing installation documentation.

• Contact application vendors if compatibility issues arise to obtain updated versions.

• Resolve connection issues between PCs, lab equipment, and the network.

• Troubleshoot migration-related issues.

• Provide end-user training on applications as necessary.

• Migrate data from the old application version to the new one.

• Address incidents and service requests related to Lab PCs and Kiosk PCs throughout the migration.

Key Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an Application Integrator.

• Proven experience with laboratory applications.

• Strong autonomy and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under urgent conditions.

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a global project context.

• Familiarity with laboratory environments and equipment.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for networks and lab applications.

Other Details

Fully remote role, with a March 2026 start date. We are accepting applicants who can work remotely from Europe.
