Transformation Communications Lead is driving a major cost-reduction effort, targeting £15m in savings by next year. A key part of this work is the expansion of Dynamics capabilities into MSS, improving agent tooling across email handling, AI-driven classification, and development of Crystal connectors. These enhancements aim to significantly reduce trade queries, with 49% currently tied to application-related issues. The approach will later be extendable to GPS (Payments).

We are looking for someone who can transform strategic ideas into sharp, persuasive, and insightful executive-level presentations—helping shape how the programme tells its story and secures adoption across the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Translate complex initiatives and concepts from the Programme Lead into clear, compelling PowerPoint narratives for C-level audiences.

• Build slides that are informative, visually engaging, and structured to drive challenge, clarity, and senior-level decision-making.

• Work closely with the Programme Lead to expand, refine, and pressure-test ideas—adding structure, framing, and logical flow.

• Articulate the value and benefits of Dynamics expansion into MSS, including query reduction, agent capability uplift, and roll-off potential to GPS.

• Ensure presentations support adoption by breaking down technical detail into accessible, business-ready insights.

• Maintain a high standard of storytelling and messaging consistency across programme materials.

Key Requirements

• Strong background in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or a similar domain where executive communication is core.

• Proven ability to create senior-friendly decks with crisp logic, smart visuals, and clear business impact.

• Comfortable challenging thinking, shaping narrative, and maturing early-stage ideas into polished, structured materials.

• Understanding of enterprise technology environments (Dynamics 365, AI classification, workflow tools) is advantageous, though not essential.

• Experience producing materials tied to simplification, cost reduction, or operational efficiency programmes is a plus.
