Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Test Lead to lead and execute the End-to-End (E2E) Business Testing phase for our ongoing project. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the project’s objectives are met on time and with quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UAT strategy aligned with the project timeline.
• Ensure prerequisites, including test scenarios, environment readiness, and resource access, are secured.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and finalize E2E business test scenarios.
• Establish reporting and governance processes to track test progress and outcomes.
• Oversee the transition from testing to the pilot phase, ensuring Go/No-Go criteria are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading UAT or E2E testing phases in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and backlog management tools.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
