Test Automation Engineer (Regular)

Introduction & Summary

We at emagine are actively seeking skilled Test Automation Engineers with experience in developing automated tests particularly for KYC (Know Your Customer) processes within financial institutions. Ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in Java programming, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities

The core responsibility involves the development of consistent frameworks for automated testing.

• Developing automated and performance tests with a focus on API testing.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver stable solutions.
• Contributing to the maturation of automated testing practices.
• Engaging in Agile methodologies and two-week sprints.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automated testing using Java.
• Familiarity with testing models such as Data-Driven, Page Object / Page Factory.
• Basic knowledge of build tools (e.g., Maven).
• Experience with libraries and tools: TestNG, REST-assured, AssertJ, Allure, Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like Gatling.

Nice to Have

• Experience in KYC and compliance.
• Understanding of broader testing frameworks.
• Experience with additional programming languages.
• Strong communication skills and readiness to tackle challenges.
