Introduction & Summary:

The Platform Definition & Governance (PDG) project requires a Technical Writer to develop comprehensive documentation that outlines roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks for future Platform Owners and Tenants. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Application and Platform Management, with a strong background in banking and financial services, particularly concerning compliance, risk, and audit management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation to guide Platform Owners and Tenants.

• Define roles and responsibilities within the governance framework.

• Ensure adherence to risk and audit compliance standards.

• Contribute best practices for effective platform management.

• Support team adoption of the platform taxonomy.

Key Requirements:

• Deep Technical Writing skills.

• Expertise in SharePoint development.

• Prior experience in banking/financial services.

• Understanding of compliance, risk, and audit protocols.

• Proficient in Application and Platform Management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with change management practices.

Other Details:

The role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires proficiency in English. The consultant will engage in a project that is pivotal for the effective governance of platform operations.
