Technical Project Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Work model: Hybrid (3/week in Gdańsk/Gdynia)

• Remuneration: up to 140 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

A Technical Project Manager is needed to oversee an office consolidation project involving the closure of an office building in Gdynia and relocation to three new office floors in Gdansk. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of technical project management experience with a proven ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and manage IT infrastructure migration projects efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, which includes:

• Planning the deinstallation of network devices while maintaining business continuity.

• Supporting the design of network infrastructure for new office floors.

• Determining the number and capacity of technical rooms.

• Coordinating with Network specialists on build planning and execution.

• Overseeing infrastructure build and security execution.

• Conducting site inspections and technical assessments.

• Managing network equipment relocation and server room setup.

• Overseeing operational readiness, including CMDB and service catalog updates.

• Coordinating meeting room equipment and workplace technology migration.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience.

• Experience managing IT infrastructure migration projects.

• Network infrastructure design and implementation experience.

• Data center and server room setup migration expertise.

• Knowledge of enterprise network equipment.

• Experience with coordination among technical teams.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience with IT service decommissioning.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with Nordic banking institutions.

• Knowledge of Polish/European data protection regulations.

• Cisco networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience managing stakeholder expectations during migrations.

• Additional Nordic language skills.

Other Details:

This position requires the individual to work on-site in Gdynia and Gdansk. The project duration and additional logistics details will be provided during the interview process.
