Technical Lead / Platform Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Platform Lead Consultant to take ownership within a highly complex backend and infrastructure problem space. The assignment focuses on strengthening platform stability, reliability, and resilience across critical systems.

Start: ASAP or within 1 month

Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension

Location: Stockholm 2-3 days/week at the office

The consultant will bring deep technical expertise and operate hands-on while also working cross-domain with engineering, security, and platform teams to drive best practices and long-term improvements. A strong authentication and security mindset is essential, with the ability to assess, design, and evolve secure system architectures.

The role requires solid experience with distributed systems, backend platforms, and infrastructure at scale, along with a strong understanding of security principles, authentication mechanisms, and reliability engineering. The consultant is expected to take responsibility, influence technical direction, and ensure robust, secure solutions in a high-impact environment.

A background in Security, Authentication, Identity, or Platform Engineering is highly desirable, combined with the ability to balance deep technical delivery with cross-team collaboration and strategic thinking.
