Technical IT Security Resource MFA - Windows Hello for Business

emagine is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with project management experience to drive momentum and progress within our client’s multifactor authentication (MFA) project. This role involves acting as the technical driver to investigate, troubleshoot, mitigate blockers, and find solutions for anticipated and unforeseen issues during implementation and roll out of Windors Hello for Business (WHfB),  while continuing the onboarding of the client’s employees to MFA.

Main responsibilities

• Act as the technical driver to address issues related to the implementation and rollout of Windows Hello for Business (WHfB)

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues during project execution

• Mitigate blockers and propose solutions to unforeseen challenges

• Ensure responsible management of end-to-end solutions within the designated area

• Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders

• Maintain communication with project members and management.

Key requirements

• Senior expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, focused on IAM and IAG

• Experience implementing MFA using WHfB in complex environments

• On-prem and hybrid experience, including Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID

• Proficiency in multiple platforms and technologies, such as Oracle, IBM Mainframe, and SQL

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager with end-to-end task management capabilities

• Ability to create technical documentation and presentations for project members and management

• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Nice-to-have

• Extensive experience in complex infrastructure environments

• Knowledge of networking, including firewalls, proxies, and DNS

• Broad experience with Microsoft on-prem based infrastructure

• Understanding of infrastructure-related scripting in PowerShell or similar languages

• Experience with data extraction tools like Splunk or similar
