Technical Delivery Manager

What you will be doing
Take ownership of integration projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they are executed efficiently, completed on schedule, and aligned with the client’s quality standards.
Work closely with technical, commercial, and partner teams to translate implementation needs into clear actions and secure a seamless rollout for each customer.
Oversee the setup and configuration of customer environments, including SSO and authentication flows, integrations with document management systems (such as iManage, SharePoint, and NetDocuments), and other data or API-driven connections.
Serve as the primary technical contact during customer onboarding, guiding clients through architectural considerations, implementation checkpoints, testing activities, and preparations for go-live.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and manage expectations throughout the delivery process.
Contribute to the sales cycle by providing technical scoping, assessing integration feasibility, and advising on recommended implementation approaches.
Assist with complex or escalated customer issues and help strengthen the support organisation by improving enablement and reducing recurring technical blockers.
Work in tandem with engineering and product teams by sharing insights from customer implementations, helping shape product improvements and future roadmap priorities.
Provide ongoing technical partnership to customers by troubleshooting issues, optimising configurations, and identifying opportunities to increase the overall value of the solution.
Who you are
You bring solid experience in technical delivery, implementation, solutions engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
You have strong knowledge of authentication protocols and hands-on experience configuring SSO and identity solutions.
You’re familiar with integrations involving document management systems (such as iManage or SharePoint) or other enterprise platforms.
You’re able to break down complex technical topics into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for non-technical audiences.
You tackle problems with structure, initiative, and a strategic mindset.
You communicate effectively and build trust both with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
You can manage several projects simultaneously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
