Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst focused on billing processes within a UK-based technology company serving IT resellers and managed services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between business and tech teams for billing initiatives.

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for billing systems.

• Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to implement billing solutions.

• Analyze current workflows for improvements and automation opportunities.

• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Support data migration and deployment of billing-related projects.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Create and maintain documentation and reports.

• Provide post-implementation support and training.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Information Systems, Finance, etc.).

• 3–5+ years as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst focused on billing systems.

• Strong understanding of subscription billing models.

• Experience with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in financial tech.

• Knowledge of advanced data analytics.
