Technical Analyst

We are currently seeking a Technical Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering various business requests within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data management and analysis, particularly in environments that require high-volume data handling and banking experience.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to enhance data quality and streamline business processes.

• Analyzing and improving data quality in the data lake, identifying and resolving data-related issues.

• Reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing PL/SQL code, using GitHub for version control.

• Collaborating with the development team to understand issues and implement effective solutions.

• Supporting the integration of core banking and account systems by identifying and filling data gaps.

• Writing advanced SQL queries to analyze large volumes of data.

Key Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in similar position

• Experience in customer data

• Proficiency in PL/SQL

• Experience with PySpark / Python

• Advanced SQL skills

• Banking experience

• Strong data analysis skills

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Fluent in English and good in Polish

Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance processes

• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem

• Understanding of data lake architectures
