Tech Lead

Summary: The role of the Tech Lead is pivotal in developing a new digital product aimed at protecting protein-based pharmaceuticals during production by predicting and preventing elevated shear stress levels. This position involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team building to ensure the product supports expanding operations globally.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the MVP architecture using Python, cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and VueJS or Angular or React.js

• Leading and mentoring a small team of developers

• Collaborating with statisticians to integrate complex mathematical models into the product

• Driving technical decisions under uncertainty and solving problems quickly

• Ensuring high-quality releases through modern CI/CD pipelines

• Creating a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including technical leadership exposure.

• Strong expertise in Python

• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Experience with VueJS or similar frontend frameworks

• Track record of leading software engineering teams

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PaaS services and multi-layered architecture

• Strong communication skills for conveying technical possibilities

• Curiosity and fast learning ability

Other Details:

• Collaboration: Requires on-site presence for team culture; travel to Denmark 2–3 times a year
