Team Lead / Senior Project Manager – Stockholm

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as Team Lead for a team of approximately 10 project managers in Stockholm. This role is integral to our global organization as it oversees the delivery of large-scale international projects, combining hands-on project management with leadership responsibilities. The position requires an individual who can effectively manage their own projects while providing coaching and guidance to the team, with a balanced focus of 50% project management and 50% management.

Main Responsibilities

• Support a team of approximately 10 project managers.

• Run your own projects in parallel with leadership duties.

• Report to the global Head of PMO.

• Contribute to the development of internal solutions and automation.

Key Requirements

• Based in Stockholm.

• Solid experience in project management, ideally with large global projects.

• Previous experience as a Team Lead for a similarly scaled and complex team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SharePoint.

• Experience with Power Apps and automation / low-code.
