Tableau SME:

An experienced Tableau Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Client’s Liquidity teams. The role involves transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for liquidity management and reporting. The SME will design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards that feed into downstream teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data visualization requirements.
• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards for liquidity reporting.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users for dashboard utilization.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in Tableau development or BI roles.
• Banking industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep, with a proven track record of building and optimizing dashboards.
• Strong experience handling financial data, liquidity risk metrics (LCR, NSFR, RWA), and regulatory reporting.
• SQL expertise for data extraction and analysis, working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts into business insights.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with additional BI tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
