Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integrations Specialist with a strong background in API design, business analysis, and data governance. The ideal candidate should be adept at bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring best practices in REST API development and comprehensive documentation. Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.

• Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and opportunities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including requirement specifications and process flows.

• Design REST APIs following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to validate requirements and design solutions.

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal standards for quality assurance and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of REST API principles, including design patterns and best practices.

• Proficiency in creating logical and physical data models and understanding entity relationships.

• Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.

• Expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for process mapping.

• Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system documentation.

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data lifecycle management and data integration.

• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.

• Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent systems for version control.

• Expertise in Gherkin syntax for developing user stories.

Other Details:

This role is located in Poland, with potential work in cities such as Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia, and Gdańsk. Candidates are expected to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and adherence to high-quality standards. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is mandatory.
